Hazy IPA New Zealand Craft non alcoholic beer.
Pete + the brew team have been trying to create a 0% beer for a long time - years. Along the way, they accidentally stumbled onto a way to make hard seltzer, now known as Dirty Water, when they were trialling an osmosis process. Tiny is fermented using a quasi-yeast that produces no alcohol as a by-product, like normal yeast would. In order to be classified as 0%, you need to be under 0.05% abv in reality - it's tight!

When we started out we were tiny. Garage Project wasn't even micro brewing… it was a truly nano brewery.
When you’re brewing on such a small scale you can afford to take risks. That suited us. We wanted to try something new.
