A buttery crust enveloping chicken chunks and mushrooms in a béchamel sauce. Perfect portion for lunch with a side salad. Yummy!

Serve with mash potato and a pint of cider. Delicious home made in Singapore!

Heating & Storage Instructions

Storage:
Store frozen at - 18°C

Convection Oven
Pre-heat oven to 180°C. If frozen, heat for 35-40 mins. If fully defrosted, heat for 20-25 mins.

Microwave

Heat on high for 2 mins if from chiller, 4 mins if from frozen. Crisp up pastry by heating in oven for 4 mins at 180C.

Air Fryer
Pre-heat air fryer to 180°C. Wrap frozen pie completely in aluminium foil. Heat for 30-35 mins

Ingredients

Wheat flour, chicken meat, butter, mushroom, onion, egg, whip cream (cream, carageenan), full cream milk powder, salt, canola oil, chicken stock [salt, maltodextrin, monosodium glutamate, disodium 5'-guanylate and inosinate, corn starch, sugar, chicken meat and fat, permitted flavouring (contains egg, soy), soy sauce, palm fat and spice], garlic, baking powder (corn starch, wheat flour, sodium bicarbonate, sodium acid pyrophosphate, monocalcium pyrophosphate), black pepper, seasoning (salt, monosodium glutamate, cornflour, lactose, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, onion, palm olein, silicon dioxide, spices, sodium inosinate and guanyate, celery seed), curry powder (turmeric, chili, coriander, fennel, cumin, pepper, cinnamon, cardamom, star anise, cloves), oregano

The pastry has only three ingredients: flour, butter & water.
