A buttery crust enveloping chicken chunks and mushrooms in a béchamel sauce. Perfect portion for lunch with a side salad. Yummy!

Storage:
Store frozen at - 18°C
Heating - frozen pies (such as chicken, beef, or curry variants), cook them in a pre-heated convection oven at 180°C for 35–40 minutes if frozen, or 20–25 minutes if fully defrosted. Alternatively, use an air fryer at 180°C for 30–35 minutes wrapped in foil.
Microwave - Heat on high for 2 mins if from chiller, 4 mins if from frozen. Crisp up pastry by heating in oven for 4 minutes at 180C.
